Reservations

    To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee

your reservation.  We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy (shown below) and will only charge to your account on the date of your scheduled service.

 

Cancellation Policy

      Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50 for Permanent Makeup and $20 for other services.  No show appointment without notice will be charged up to 50% of the cost of their services.  When you schedule an appointment with us, you agree to these policies.  You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.

 

Arrival

       Please arrive on time or 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for intake forms if necessary.  If you arrive late, we may need to complete your service in the time frame that was originally scheduled. 

         For Eyelash extensions and Lash Lift appointment, please arrive without any eye makeup or mascara and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment.  Do not use waterproof mascara or eyeliner.  There is a $10 fee if our technician has to remove eye makeup, and it may cut into your session time.

 

 

Relashes

    If it has been more than one month since your last appointment, will consider as a New Set (Relashes price)

        We cannot guarantee the work of other salons;  If you already had eyelash extensions from other salon, there may be an additional charge for refills if the lash extensions were not applied correctly and need to be removed.
